Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $30.55/ Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns that may require follow-up. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports. Support emergency response activities, including alarms, evacuations, and medical incidents, while following post orders and assisting with crowd management and directional guidance. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
