Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to individuals seeking mental health treatment at Amend Treatment.
- Assist clients with inquiries appointment scheduling and general information about services offered.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the treatment team to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up on any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide holistic care and support to clients.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Empathy and understanding towards individuals struggling with mental health challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
- Knowledge or interest in mental health treatment and holistic wellness.
- Experience working in a residential treatment center or similar environment is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $20 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $25 per hour
- Currency: USD
- Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly
- Maximum Experience: 2 years
