Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

Job Description The People Support team is looking for someone to support 3rd shift HR activities. The first couple weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12-6pm. Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4pm-1am with a 1 hour break. esponsibilities: Handle all employee relations activites Counsel and coach managers Be the subject matter expert for HR policies Own and update HR processes Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system The ideal candidate will have: Ability to work independently Strong problem solving skills Experience with influencing and coaching Ability to work with various personalities Experience working with confidential information Solid foundational HR expertise Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required Company Description Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, Kyyba has a global presence delivering high-quality resources and top-notch recruiting services, enabling businesses to effectively respond to organizational changes and technological advances.
