Partner Account Executive

Driving growth and expansion, the full-time Partner Account Executive will manage a portfolio of high-potential distribution partners remotely, focusing on developing growth strategies, increasing partner engagement, and strengthening long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned partner accounts Drive premium growth, partner engagement, and market expansion across assigned relationships Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify opportunities for growth and optimization Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales, partner management, or agency distribution Proven track record of driving revenue growth and partner expansion Experience working with independent agents, brokers, or embedded insurance platforms preferred Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
