About the role Oversee key operational tasks for the firm, including deliveries, office moves, restocking supplies, maintaining utility bays, and ensuring shared spaces and internal meeting rooms are well presented, safe, and secure. Key responsibilities Manage stock of stationery cupboards and consumables for utility bays, including archival materials. Manage the valet service and daily tenancy checks and maintenance on designated floors. Liaise with Building Management regarding tenancy service requests and with external suppliers. Respond to client (internal and external) requests efficiently. Process archiving and manage retrieval and lodgement of boxes/files, ensuring accurate records in Elite. Assist with delivery and collection of archive boxes/files and manage storage per matter requirements. Ensure sufficient first aid officers and fire wardens per floor and keep documentation up to date. Replace desk signage, floor plans, emergency posters and other internal signage. Audit floor plans for accuracy, forecast practice team requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of the department and enhance client service levels. Ensure tenancy is safe and secure for all people. Undertake other tasks and projects as requested by the Business Services Manager or Head of Business Services & Premises. What experience are we looking for? Experience in a similar role or transferable skills. Excellent client service skills, professionalism and courtesy at all times. Experience in a professional services or legal environment (desirable). Good computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office. Physical ability to lift and transport boxes up to 16kg. Sound written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills and ability to multitask. Demonstrated team focus and relationship building.
