About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Analytics to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a senior strategic partner, responsible for connecting paid media strategy, platform performance, campaign optimization, data analytics, and measurement across integrated marketing programs. This role demands a leader with a strong background in paid media analytics, performance marketing, and digital measurement, who can translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives. The VP of Analytics will work closely with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, and will be at the forefront of innovation, AI, and emerging technologies in the marketing space. Applicants for the Vice President of Analytics position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in integrated marketing and communications, particularly within an agency or in-house media environment. The role requires a deep understanding of various digital media channels, experience with large datasets, and advanced skills in data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and implementing measurement frameworks, providing strategic counsel, and leading a team of analytics professionals. Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, automation, and emerging technologies is preferred, as is experience in the healthcare, consumer, B2B, or technology sectors. The role is both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on driving consistency and scalability across client programs and contributing to the company's broader AI and technology initiatives.
