Role Description
Replicant is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale our marketing-led pipeline strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll build and lead a scalable top-of-funnel engine that accelerates growth, engages our target buyers, and drives measurable ROI across digital, ABM, and field channels.
- Own Replicant’s marketing-led pipeline number:
- Define the strategy, programs, and budget that deliver predictable growth aligned with business goals.
- Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel:
- Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages.
- Partner closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership to align on targets, pipeline forecasting, lead scoring, routing, and reporting.
- Set priorities and coach the team:
- Provide strategic guidance, setting KPIs, and creating accountability for campaign quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Be a player-coach:
- While leading strategically, you’re comfortable stepping in to model excellence to help the team move faster and smarter.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams:
- Ensure messaging and campaigns are unified across all touchpoints and aligned to buyer needs.
- Proven leader with 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and 2+ years managing multi-function demand teams (Digital Demand Gen, ABM, and/or Field); ideally within data, AI, or enterprise technology.
- Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.
- Experience building and scaling marketing systems that directly contribute to revenue, not just leads.
- Strategic operator and coach, comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Deep understanding of the full funnel from awareness to opportunity, including execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Analytical and data-fluent, comfortable interpreting pipeline metrics, salesforce data, and ROI dashboards.
- Collaborative, business-minded marketer who builds trusted partnerships with GTM and Exec teams.
