Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized treatment plans.

  Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions and therapeutic strategies as necessary to align with patient goals and mental health diagnoses.

  Develop and maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation in a timely manner, in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.

  Coordinate referral options and maintain effective communication with treatment providers, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for patients.
