Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate long-lasting change.
• Design, implement, and continually review individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal client progress.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, community resources, and placement agencies to create comprehensive care strategies.
• Complete all necessary documentation and session notes punctually to maintain compliance and assure continuity of care.
• Maintain an active caseload of clients while balancing a schedule that promotes both productivity and self-care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing acute mental health challenges to those seeking support for ongoing emotional wellness. Qualifications

• Must possess a current license as an LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW in Texas.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field is essential.
• Proficient understanding of community mental health resources and referral pathways.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective rapport-building with clients.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit are highly valued.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored for diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
