Position Overview
The Master Scheduler serves as the primary scheduling lead and client-facing service manager for capital project programs. This individual brings deep expertise in project controls and scheduling, with a strong focus on quality, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
This role oversees all scheduling activities, ensures consistency and accuracy across project schedules, and drives continuous improvement within scheduling processes. The Master Scheduler acts as the single point of contact for client project engineering leadership and is accountable for delivering contractual outcomes and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in capital project scheduling and project controls
- Strong expertise in MS Project
- Proven leadership experience managing scheduling teams
- Experience supporting large scale engineering or capital programs
- Strong stakeholder management and client facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple complex schedules simultaneously
