Vice President of Sales

Our client is a fast-growing, ~$30M software company serving a highly underserved small business vertical, with strong existing sales momentum across most of its business. They are consolidating their sales organization under a single leader for the first time, seeking a VP of Sales to unify a transactional SMB motion with a longer-cycle mid-market and enterprise motion. Job Description: Own Sales Strategy Across Segments: Lead quota, forecasting, and pipeline health across a fast, transactional SMB motion and a longer, multi-stakeholder mid-market and enterprise motion. Build and Enforce Discipline: Set strict ideal-customer-profile standards for the SMB team while scaling top-of-funnel demo volume and outbound activity. Drive Expansion Revenue: Own an upgrade/land-and-expand motion into the existing customer base, partnering closely with marketing and customer success. Requirements: Experience leading more than one sales motion simultaneously, ideally a transactional SMB team alongside a longer-cycle enterprise motion. A track record in land-and-expand or upgrade-focused revenue growth, not just new-logo acquisition. A hands-on, in-office leadership style with the ability to build and develop junior sales talent.
