Job Description ThePlatform Operations AVP or VPis responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role involves managing operational tasks, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the platform's performance and effectiveness. This roleplays a criticalpartin onboarding new clients, managing account activities, coordinating with third-party providers, and overseeing operational projects to support business growth and scalability. Whatyou’lldo: Oversee all day-to-day operational activities of the platform, including wire approvals, account maintenance, and transaction processing Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of client requests, transactions, and account updates in compliance with internal policies and regulatoryrequirements Monitor operational workflows,identifybottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement process improvements tooptimizeoperational efficiency andeffectiveness Manage ongoing account activities, including account maintenance, client inquiries, and account-related reporting, to ensurehigh levelsof client satisfaction andretention Manage projects involving third-party providers, such as onboarding new custodians or administrators, and ensure successful implementation and integration with theplatform Generate and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients, including performance reports, fee statements, and NAV approvals,in accordance withestablished timelines andrequirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience At least 6-8yearsofexperience inplatform operations, financial services operations, or related field Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge to platform operations and client servicingactivities Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritizeeffectively Additional Information This position will work on a hybrid model out of our New York office We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a collaborative work environment, generous PTO, 401(k) match, affordable & comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, CFA and other professional membership reimbursement, and more. The pay range for this position is $90,000-$160,000. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
