Each Ellie clinic is an individual franchise that is independently owned, bringing local expertise and care to the communities we serve.We Offer:Scalable pay model with competitive compensationComfortable, furnished offices and a supportive clinic environmentComprehensive benefits, including flexible scheduling, CEUs, and an inclusive workplaceCentralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, and client/therapist matchingA company culture rooted in creativity, humor, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticityResponsibilities:Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentationProvide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines and protocolsMaintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time statusAttend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainingsQualifications:Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or universityCandidates should have clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or be a Registered Intern.Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notesExperience in various therapeutic modalities (EMDR, DBT, CBT, etc.) and working with diverse populationsFull licensure and credentialing with insurance panels is idealEllie Mental Health provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
