Commission-Only Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Cleaning (NYC)
Company: Jet Sweep Cleaning Services
Jet Sweep Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated and confident Outside Sales Representative to help us grow throughout New York City.
We provide porter services, deep cleaning, and commercial cleaning solutions for a wide range of commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, restaurants, medical facilities, gyms, schools, and other businesses.
What You'll Do
Visit commercial spaces throughout NYC.
Introduce our commercial cleaning and porter services.
Meet with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers.
Schedule walkthroughs and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with prospects until the deal is closed.
Meet monthly sales goals.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
Earn 15% of the first month's revenue for every new client you close.
Earn a $250 monthly bonus for closing 5 new clients.
Earn a $750 monthly bonus for closing 10 new clients.
No cap on earnings.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable visiting businesses and speaking with owners, managers, and property managers.
Reliable transportation is a plus.
