Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Commission-Only, Remote
This is a commission-only role. You earn on the results you produce — and top performers hitting target earn commissions exceeding $10,000/month , uncapped.
Who we are
Nurtured is a go-to-market (GTM) agency. We run focused, 90-day sales campaigns for early-stage B2B startups — building their ICP, sharpening their messaging, and putting real pipeline on the board. When a founder needs to prove their motion works, they come to us.
Right now we have multiple live campaigns running in parallel across a range of B2B verticals — from health tech and recruitment to B2B SaaS and specialized services. We're not hiring for one seat. We're building a bench of sharp, commission-driven SDRs and matching each one to the campaign where they'll win.
The role
As a Nurtured SDR, you'll run outbound for one of our client campaigns. Your job is to book qualified meetings and build pipeline through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold calling
You won't be figuring it out alone. Every campaign comes with a defined ICP, messaging, and the tooling to execute. You'll get sales coaching, weekly pipeline reviews, and reporting support from the Founder & CEO of Nurture, someone with over 12 years of GTM experience.
This is a role for someone who wants reps, wants to get paid for performance, and wants to be part of a growing GTM talent network.
Compensation — read this carefully
This is a commission-only role to start. We're upfront about that because we'd rather you know exactly what you're stepping into.
- You earn on the results you produce — pipeline that converts.
- Top performers hitting their targets can earn commissions exceeding $10,000/month.
- Commissions are uncapped — there's no ceiling on what you make.
- As you prove out, there's a path to a base salary on top of commission for SDRs who consistently deliver.

- You've done outbound before, or you're hungry enough to learn fast and grind
- You're comfortable on the phone and on LinkedIn
- You're self-directed — you can run your day without someone standing over you
- You're coachable and consistent
- You're comfortable with commission-only pay and motivated by an uncapped upside
Bonus points: experience selling into early-stage or founder-led companies, familiarity with tools like Attio, Clay, or HeyReach.
