Location: Serbia (Although the job and company operate in **English)**
Working hours: Applicants need to be available to take calls and receive emails between 9am and 6pm
Number of hours required: Approximately 3 hours a day, or 60 hours a month
Job-type: Contract
Rate: Fixed rate per hour

**Responsibilities will Include:**
Bookkeeping
Invoicing and chasing payments
Managing all debtors & creditors
Checking timesheets
Managing payroll
Creating and maintaining all financial reports
Monthly tracking and reporting on items like P&L, Reconciliation Report, Cash Flow
System Updates
Research
Fielding financial enquiries on occasion
Managing all platforms and apps relevant to your role
Advising on best practice, where appropriate - such as improved processes and platforms
**Apps of preference:**
Xero, Sage, QuickBooks
Excel
Google Suite
Asana
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Excellent in English - written and spoken
At least 3 years of corporate bookkeeping experience
Relevant tertiary diploma
Experience working remotely
Excellent communication skills
Consistent access to high-speed internet
Own reliable computer with up-to-date software
Contactable references
