- Assist staff with administrative tasks supporting project work while ensuring accurate and timely deliverables.
- Coordinate travel, catering, meetings, and other event arrangements.
- Maintain appointment calendars for company vehicle and office services and maintenance.
- Coordinate maintenance and service of company vehicles and office facilities.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Assist with document production, including printing, assembling, and binding.
- Handle routine administrative issues not requiring supervisor review and document actions as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supply orders.
- Assist with new hire orientation and completion of basic onboarding forms.
- Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned.
- Five or more years of related experience, preferably as an office administrative assistant.
- Part-time availability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and CRM software.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, professional demeanor with the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities.
- Strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
