The Randolph Township Library is seeking a detail-oriented Office Services Manager/Bookkeeper. The position is responsible for all financial record keeping, vendor relations, purchase orders, monthly preparation of Board Meeting reports, taking Board meeting minutes and preparation, payment of bills, supply inventory and other duties as required under the direction of the Library Director. Minimum qualifications include bookkeeping experience, knowledge of Excel and the ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team. Strong candidates will have good bookkeeping skills; a keen eye for detail matched with perspective on the big picture; the experience to anticipate organizational needs; the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; and the disposition to thrive in a highly collaborative, friendly, small team environment.
