We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to support our payroll, timekeeping, and HR administrative functions while enjoying a flexible part-time schedule.

What You'll Do

• Manage employee timekeeping activities using Kronos/Workforce Dimensions
• Review and maintain accurate time and attendance records to support payroll processing
• Manage incoming phone calls, direct callers to the appropriate personnel, and respond to general inquiries
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and processing paperwork
• Maintain HR records and assist with employee documentation and recordkeeping
• Support payroll and HR functions with administrative tasks and special projects
• Assist with various office and clerical responsibilities as needed
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

We Need You to Have

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• 12 years of timekeeping, payroll, HR, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
• Ability to work additional hours as needed to support payroll deadlines and business needs
• Experience with Kronos, Workforce Dimensions, Workday, or similar timekeeping/payroll systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
