Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Everlasting Bonds Therapy, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Providing therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues.
\n
• Facilitating group therapy sessions when necessary, focusing on improving communication and relational skills among family members.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with organizational and state guidelines.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in family therapy.
\n
• Collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including families navigating complex dynamics, couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, and individuals facing significant personal challenges. Common therapeutic focuses will include:

• Addressing issues related to alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Providing support for conflicts and reconciliations among family members or siblings.
\n
• Assisting clients through grief and loss experiences.
\n
• Guiding families through separations, divorces, and adjustments to new family structures.

• Enhancing communication strategies within families, including addressing specific mother/daughter conflicts and other relational difficulties.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and practices specifically tailored for couples and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we welcome additional experience that may include:

• Working with both adult and child/adolescent populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Everlasting Bonds Therapy, we recognize the value of our clinicians and provide a competitive salary range of USD $70,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
