Therapists have access to an outpatient office network should they choose to collaborate with colleagues in person. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients utilizing our secure online platform, creating a safe space for open dialogue.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Regularly monitor client progress through scheduled assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to better support their development.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records according to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide integrated care, including discussions on complex cases and sharing best practices.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and incorporate them into therapy approaches to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve span a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role will be to empower these individuals by providing them with the tools and strategies needed to meet their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a mental health professional in Georgia is mandatory, with credentials including:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing individual therapy through online platforms.

• Ability to navigate and utilize telehealth technologies for effective remote engagement with clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities that foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Adept at working independently while remaining an integral part of our collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a remote counseling role is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
