This senior individual contributor role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Data, and Architecture to define, drive and deliver intuitive, scalable end-to-end product and platform experiences.This designer brings a strong level of craft, systems thinking, and collaborative influence by delivering solutions that create measurable business impact. This designer will also be a critical part in defining agentic layers and experiences across Johnson & Johnson products and services.This role will initially be based in New Brunswick NJ or Raritan NJ. The position follows J&J Flex, Johnson & Johnson’s hybrid working model for eligible office-based employees, with a minimum of three days on-site each week and the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week, based on business needs.
