Working remotely within our telehealth facility, you will have the flexibility to connect with patients from the comfort of your own home. While you will primarily operate independently, you will also be an integral member of our dedicated multidisciplinary team, collaborating regularly to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments via telehealth platforms to tailor treatment plans that meet each patient's unique cultural and personal needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches—such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy—adapted to each patient's context.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using interactive digital tools to engage and support patients effectively.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and strategic intervention plans.

• Provide crisis intervention during urgent mental health situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate resources to stabilize patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with information about treatment options and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to industry regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and cultural competency workshops to heighten awareness of diverse patient needs and enhance service delivery.

• Engage in team meetings and case discussions to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving patient therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• An in-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies with a focus on cultural competence.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.

• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and a capable response under pressure.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote counseling technologies.

• A strong commitment to professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality, and setting professional boundaries.
