Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively as a clinician, providing mental health services to assigned clients struggling with major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to tailor interventions that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement integrated care plans and facilitate access to an array of linked services, ensuring open communication among clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW, you will primarily work with students in a school setting who present with a range of mental health challenges. This population may include children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and behavioral issues. Your role will be crucial in fostering a supportive environment, focused on empowering children to overcome their challenges and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, with active New York State LCSW licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
