Our client is a top-tier finance firm in Manhattan, and they are looking for an organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join the team. Responsibilities: Work closely with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders of all levels to schedule and confirm interviews. Keep hiring teams and candidates informed throughout each stage of the recruiting process. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and lead the execution and implementation of those enhancements. Support the planning, setup, and on-site participation for recruiting events, including conferences and career fairs. Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with candidates. Qualifications: 1+ year of recruitment support at a financial services firm is strongly preferred Candidates with 1+ years of HR/Admin experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment will also be considered Bachelor's degree is required Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written interaction The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
