Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individualized, group, and family therapy sessions using best-practice evidence-based modalities, adjusting your approach to meet the specific goals and preferences of each client.

• Offer effective crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or crises, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate actively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address the holistic needs of clients, maximizing treatment effectiveness.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs to empower their self-advocacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range widely in terms of demographics and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and more. As a clinician, your understanding of the complexities of mental health will be critical in providing effective support. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a relevant field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a direct therapy role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting is advantageous, although we are open to candidates with varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, accompanied by a competitive sign-on bonus.
