As our U.S. business continues to grow, we're looking for a Head of Finance – US Operations to lead and develop our Finance function across our U.S. entities. This is not a traditional accounting position. This is an opportunity to become the financial leader of our U.S. operations, working directly with our Managing Director and partnering closely with our Group Finance team in France to support the next phase of our growth. Your mission You’ll own the Finance function for our U.S. operations, ensuring financial excellence while helping the business scale. Your responsibilities will include Leading accounting and financial operations across four U.S. entities Managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting Driving budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Coordinating tax, audits and regulatory compliance Strengthening internal controls and improving financial processes Supporting strategic decision‑making through financial analysis Acting as the key financial partner between our U.S. operations and our headquarters in France What we're looking for We're seeking a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, building structure and working in an entrepreneurial international environment. Qualifications 5+ years of Accounting & Finance experience Strong QuickBooks expertise (Yooz & Expensify are a plus) Experience in multi‑entity and/or international organizations Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills A hands‑on mindset and a passion for continuous improvement Why join LANDIFY?
