We book the appointments. You design the solution and close the sale.

A solid, coachable rep earns $100K+ here — our top closers clear well beyond that. Every appointment is company-generated. You never prospect, never cold call, never buy your own leads.

 

We're a nationally recognized, 44-year leader in custom home storage, and we're growing our Houston team at exactly the right moment — two national retail partnerships are expanding our reach and driving more demand into this market. There are already more leads coming than our current team can handle, and that flow is climbing. That's why we're hiring.

 

The deal

• We generate and book your appointments. Your calendar gets filled with homeowners who asked to see us. Your job is to show up and execute.
• We train you and back you up. Software, a defined consultative process, ride-alongs, and a manager invested in your numbers. You'll always know what's expected and how you're doing.
• We pay for output. This is a commission role — that's the point. There's no ceiling. Plus performance bonuses on top.

 

What you'll actually do

Meet homeowners in their homes, understand a storage problem that's been bugging them daily, and design a custom solution that fits their space, their life, and their budget. It's part design, part problem-solving, part earning someone's trust in an hour. Do it well and clients come back for the next room and refer their friends — that's how this business compounds.

 

You'll do well here if you

• Have some sales experience and know how to hold a real conversation with a buyer
• Have an eye for space and design, or the instinct to develop one
• Follow a process instead of winging it — and want a proven one to sharpen against
• Handle a "no" without it wrecking your week, and use it as fuel
• Are genuinely wired to solve problems for people
• Have a specific income number you're serious about hitting

 

The specifics

• Availability: at least 6 in-home appointments per week, including some evenings and Saturdays
• Territory: the greater Houston area
• Onboarding: three days of on-site training to start, with a stipend to support you while you learn
• Helpful, not required: design experience, or home-improvement / in-home sales background
