Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assess and treat emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, establishing initial discharge plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a broad demographic, including adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Clients present with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral disorders. Counselors are trained to adapt their approaches to meet the distinct needs of each client, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
