Qualifications:
- Hold an active California SLP license (Speech-Language Pathologist)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school populations, is preferred
- SLPA credentials are not accepted for this assignment
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to working onsite; remote options not available
Job Duties:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff, families, and other service providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Adapt and implement interventions to meet a diverse caseload
