Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients in a given territory and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. The manager will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, develop tailored proposals, and attend networking events to expand the company’s reach and impact within the industry. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Outside Sales, and Client Acquisition Strong skills in Prospecting, Relationship Building, Networking, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Identifying Growth Opportunities Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a fast paced environment.
