This position operates within a fully remote telehealth framework, providing flexibility and convenience for both our counselors and clients. Your workweek will entail standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, providing structure while also allowing for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations for patients, assessing their mental and emotional health concerns related to trauma.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure effective care.

• Engage with patients directly via secure digital platforms, facilitating open and supportive conversations that foster trust.

• Provide education to patients regarding stress and trauma coping mechanisms, equipping them with skills to manage their conditions better.

• Monitor the progress of each patient, ensuring that their treatment plans are updated to reflect their current needs and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by trauma injuries, including those suffering from mental health disorders that may arise as a result of traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
