Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults who undergo pre-screening and present with low acuity mental health concerns. This approach minimizes the risk and stress associated with managing severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on clients who are likely to benefit from guidance and support in areas such as anxiety, stress management, and personal growth. We carefully align clients with your specialties and preferences, ensuring both you and the clients are matched well for effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted licensure in your field (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW), allowing you to practice independently without supervision.

• Strong clinical skills, particularly in developing personalized treatment plans that resonate with client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), and previous work in a group practice or collaborative counseling environment are highly desirable.
