Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Engage with clinical teams using evidence-based screening tools to facilitate comprehensive care for clients, while creating pre-crisis and crisis management plans tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate across disciplines to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, actively contributing to client well-being and recovery.

• Maintain open channels of communication with state agencies, service systems, and community partners, promoting the clinic’s mission and enhancing client resources.

• Participate in ongoing accreditation processes, ensuring that all practice aligns with both legal requirements and organizational standards.

• Actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development, such as attending conferences and representing the clinic in community outreach events.

• Promote the integration of the clinic’s mission, values, and philosophy in all aspects of your work.

• Assist with other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.
