Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Patient population includes geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients ages 13 and older. - Common diagnoses/treatments include post-operative joints, post-op bariatric, postoperative GI, and trauma patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend hours as needed/every third weekend. - No call.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
