Mission: Generate qualified meetings for the sales team by identifying businesses with shipping needs and positioning BlueGrace Logistics' freight technology solutions. Tech Stack: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), BlueShip platform, LinkedIn What You'll Actually Do Prospect: Conduct daily outbound prospecting activities across phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify potential clients. Qualify: Assess leads to determine if businesses have genuine shipping needs and are suitable prospects for sales engagement. Schedule: Book qualified meetings for Business Development Managers and accurately track all pipeline activities within the CRM system. Nurture: Implement consistent follow-up strategies, understanding that multiple touchpoints are often necessary to secure a meeting. Learn: Understand the BlueShip platform to effectively position its freight technology as a valuable solution for businesses. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-Level. This role emphasizes drive, communication, and resilience over specific logistics or prior freight knowledge. Experience: Comfort with making a high volume of outbound calls daily and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum or energy. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, a competitive drive to succeed, and a coachable mindset to integrate feedback effectively.
