Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments to diagnose patients' acute and chronic conditions effectively.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, in conjunction with physician colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging studies, and other relevant assessments to guide treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medication, including therapies and lifestyle modifications, while prioritizing patient safety and adherence.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medication usage, and the importance of follow-up care, empowering them to manage their health proactively.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by collecting data and providing valuable insights to enhance patient care protocols.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in healthcare, attending workshops and training sessions that fortify your knowledge and clinical expertise.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $220,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
