Minimum Qualifications HS or equivalent Six (6) months accounting Preferred Qualifications: AA/AS in Accounting or related field Experience in a non-profit organization Duties And Responsibilities Accounts Payables Compare invoices with Purchase Orders and Receiving Coding invoices Entering invoices in computer Posting all entries to general ledger Check Processing Run checks on computer Post checks to general ledger Match checks with invoices Prepare checks for approvals and signing Disburse checks File check copies and invoices Vendor Relations Answer payment inquiries and maintain clear communication with suppliers Core Competencies High attention to detail and analytical ability Ability to interpret and apply regulatory standards Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Physical Demands Primarily sedentary work with occasional standing and walking Ability to use standard office equipment and computer systems Occasional movement throughout facility for audits and meetings Working Conditions Professional office Frequent interaction with leadership, clinical staff, and regulatory bodies May require participation in audits, inspections, or urgent compliance matters Standard business hours with occasional extended hours as needed Schedule & Work Details Full-Time Position Schedule: Monday – Friday (hours may vary based on organizational needs) Location: In-person (Delray Beach, FL) Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Life and long-term disability coverage Voluntary benefit options 401(k) with employer match Additional Information Background check required Drug-free workplace Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Because of the work we do in the community, a full background check is required for all staff.
