Join Our Team Winston Retail is looking for an Account Training Manager for our Retail Mass Merchandising division, who will develop and implement training tools/materials for the field team. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management and District Market Managers to ensure 100% execution of all Retail Mass Merchandising standards and directives. Key Responsibilities Create CPG training tools to ensure that all talent are prepared to overcome common challenges and execute visits to meet the client's expectations. Execute on the direction of the District Market Manager and collaborate with Account Management to ensure that all Retail Mass Merchandising standards are completed to expectations. Develop and maintain the full Retail Mass Merchandising training suite including visit expectations, execution of tasks, relationship building, negotiating, and reporting requirements. Create and update Store Visit Reports according to the client's needs and requests to drive success in the field. Create tools to enhance the Field Merchandising team's ability to create efficiencies in their roles. Provide relevant data summaries to support the analysis of visit execution and project success. Monitor client feedback through our proprietary systems, communicate findings to the DMM, and take action where appropriate. Evaluate and optimize the SVR/proto review process to visualize and communicate results internally and to the client.
