Experienced HVAC Customer Service Specialist

• Service All Customers Current & Future (SERVICE & SALES)
  • Manage incoming telephone calls as a number one priority.
  • Answer each call on the first ring to assist in lowered abandoned calls.
  • Direct price concerns and objections to the pricing and sales departments.
  • Supply any technical documentations to the customers. (Product data, etc.)
  • Expand sales opportunities by offering accessory products on all calls.
  • Participate in training yourself and team.
  • Investigate and provide any shipping information.
  • Manage face-to-face orders for sales people.
  • Review product mix and make suggestions to the purchasing department.
  • Ask for add on sales and make suggestions. Increase our line items per invoice. (LIPI)
  • Review performance levels daily.
  • Adhere to the company culture for better productivity & health.
• Maintain Day to Day Customer Requests
  • Process orders via phone, email, online ordering, fax, Etc.
  • Resolve issues/questions with orders. Gain information for customer.
  • Own the call to meet a one-call resolution.
  • Ensure timely & accurate responses to the customer’s requests.
  • Review open orders & open quotes daily to ensure fulfillments.
  • Handle every call with a World Class Service Experience attitude.
  • Maintain back orders & let customer know when item is available.
  • Manage online & email ordering functions. Communicate receipts and any back order issues.

• Account Management (Possible to be added to this program)
  • Maintain all Account Management duties as applicable.
  • Call assigned cash customers as scheduled.
  • Develop business relationship with the customers.
  • Investigate & fulfill customers current & future business needs.
  • Follow promotional outlines. Including specials or events.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Office needs
  • Complete a minimum of eight hours of training per month.
  • Office appearance
  • Clerical needs
  • Maintain Professionalism on phone and in person at all times.
  • Misc. duties as assigned by management.
