Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben:
- Erstellung von Anstellungs- und nderungsvertrgen sowie Abschluss- und Zwischenzeugnissen
- Umsetzung von Einstellungen, Vertragsnderungen und Kndigungen
- Personaldatenpflege im IT-System PeopleSoftMyHR, in der elektronischen Personalakte Doxis4 winCube sowie im Ticketsystem MyService
- Erledigung administrativer HR-Aufgaben, u. a. der Erstellung von Arbeits-, Kndigungs- und Nebenttigkeitsbesttigungen
- Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Einreichung von bspw. Einstellungsdokumenten
- Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der internen Gehaltsrunden
- Erstellung von Reports und Prsentationen
- Gestaltung von Miro-Boards, z. B. in Vorbereitung fr Workshops
- Recherche zu arbeitsrechtlichen und allgemeinen HR-Themen
- Vorbereitung und Umsetzung interner Gehaltsrunden
Qualifikationen
Kenntnisse/Fhigkeiten:
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Arbeitsrechtliche Grundkenntnisse
- Qualittsorientierte, strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise
- Mindestens gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wnschenswert
- Kommunikative, aufgeschlossene Persnlichkeit
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Miro
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Tools
- Vertraulicher Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten; Datenschutzkenntnisse
