About the Role

The Company is seeking a Compliance Officer with a focus on transaction advisory compliance for its credit business. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating potential conflicts of interest in investment transactions, providing compliance guidance, and supporting the governance framework and regulatory reporting for the credit platform. This role requires the ability to serve as a trusted compliance advisor, perform ongoing compliance monitoring, and stay abreast of regulatory developments to recommend process enhancements. The Compliance Officer will also be involved in developing and maintaining compliance policies, delivering training, and partnering with various internal and external teams to ensure the firm's compliance readiness. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' regulatory compliance experience within an alternative investment manager, private equity, credit, or broader asset management environment. The role demands a self-motivated individual with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, strong ethical standards, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to build effective relationships and communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is also required.
