Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based and individualized therapeutic techniques, fostering both emotional and psychological growth.

• Collaborate with experienced colleagues during staff meetings, clinical supervision sessions, and one-on-one reviews to enhance treatment efficacy and professional development.

• Establish and track measurable therapeutic goals in conjunction with clients to facilitate progress and promote accountability.

• Provide teletherapy solutions for clients unable to attend in-person sessions, ensuring continued support and care.

• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment interventions, client progress, and follow-ups in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT, you will serve a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents, and will be responsible for addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship distress, and family dynamics. Your ability to provide compassionate, insightful care will be invaluable in helping clients navigate their personal challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of New York is essential.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations is preferred.

• Proven capability in individual therapy and/or couples counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this LMFT position ranges from $80,000 to $101,000 annually, supplemented with performance bonuses.
