We are excited to announce an opportunity for a BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician to become part of our dedicated team! You will be joining a group of four Infectious Disease specialists within the largest independent Primary Care organization in the United States.
Practice Highlights:- Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4.5-day work week with the possibility of a flexible schedule after 18 months.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Engage in both inpatient and outpatient care, rounding at two hospitals, providing inpatient rehabilitation services, and covering a wound care clinic that includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
- Comprehensive Care: Deliver a full spectrum of Infectious Disease services.
- Support Team: Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, and an office manager.
- On-Call Duties: Physicians manage their own calls, with an expectation of one weekend every five weeks.
- Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
- Competitive Package: Receive a salary aligned with MGMA standards, including a $25,000 sign-on bonus and compensation from local health systems.
- Retention Bonus: An $80,000 bonus after 18 months upon becoming a shareholder.
