KYC Business Execution Administrator
Location: West Des Moines, IA / Charlotte, NC - Irving, TX - Tempe, AZ (Hybrid 3-Days onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months on W2 - Possibility of conversion to FTE Consultant Type: W2 only This is a backfill role

- Transaction monitoring (important signal)
- Legal entity onboarding
This role completes Know Your Customer reviews and quality controls related to contract packages for new Merchant Services accounts prior to onboarding. In this role you will complete CIP/CDD activities aligned against the AML policy and work within our boarding platform. Request which require correction are rejected to sales for correction prior to onboarding. In this role, you will:
- Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
- Complete Know Your Customer reviews prior to Account Opening
- Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
- Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
- Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
MUST Haves:
- A minimum of 2+ Years of demonstrated experience and strong working knowledge of the Know your Customer (KYC ), AML, BSA, CIP and CDD compliance processes.
- Proven experience in quality monitoring and/or assurance
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume workloads & adherence to SLAs.
- Minimum 2+ Years of banking experience is preferred
