Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the emotional, social, and psychological needs of patients and their families facing end-of-life issues.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy and engage in group therapy sessions tailored to address the unique needs of hospice patients.

• Deliver expert consultation on counseling needs, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Plan and execute outreach programs aimed at raising awareness of mental health resources available to hospice patients and their support networks.

• Engage in professional development activities, enhancing both clinical skills and knowledge of hospice care standards.

• Perform crisis assessments and provide immediate intervention services, including assessing suicidal ideation and arranging for hospitalization when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
