Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous client records and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, facilitating continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, and participating in supervision to continuously enhance your clinical skills.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques when required to ensure client safety and well-being.

You will primarily work with a diverse client base at Positive Progress Counseling Center that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and other mental health issues. Your contributions will directly influence client recovery journeys, helping them to develop coping strategies, improve their quality of life, and navigate challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in social work, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
