HR Onboarding & People Operations Specialist

Melmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated services for individuals with autism and related disorders. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department and coordinates onboarding for new hires on-site at Melmark. Responsibilities include managing pre-employment requirements, maintaining personnel files, and creating reports and dashboards in Microsoft Office.
