High End Residential Project Manager Needed

Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to fill an opening with a High End Residential General Contractor located in Greenwich/Westchester. Interested candidates should have 5+ years construction experience with at least 3 years of that experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction

Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from pre-construction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.
Report directly to senior management
Oversee budget management
Development and management of all project documentation
Subcontractor contract management
Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.

Requirements of the Construction Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction

At least 3 years of project management experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.
Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering degree or equivalent education and experience.
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.
