Director of Customer Success: Revenue Growth & Strategy

Confido

Confido is looking for a Customer Success Director to oversee the post-implementation experience for CPG brands. This role requires managing net revenue retention while laying the groundwork for an outstanding Customer Success function. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company, solid experience in account growth, and be excited to be in NYC 5 days a week.
